9th Annual Golf Tournament
Our Annual Golf Tournament helps to raise our operating budget every year. Teams of four compete and various businesses and individuals generously sponsor our Golf Tournament each year to help us continue to reach college students across the greater Chattanooga area.

"GAME" Illusionist Show
Cru is thrilled to host Illusionist and Mentalist Brice Harney on campus for his jaw-dropping and thought-provoking show of illusions and tricks! Brice will also share parts of his personal story during the show that are sure to inspire everyone in the audience. This event is FREE and open to the entire UTC student body.
Greek Retreat 2025
Greeks! We would love to have you join us for a great overnight trip off campus to grow in friendships across different chapters and spend some time seeing how God’s Word applies to our lives going into a new semester! We will be at Camp Vesper Point in Soddy Daisy, TN—just a short drive from campus!
The cost is $30 until January 29th and then goes up to $40. The cost covers all lodging and meals while we are on the retreat.

ATL Winter Conference
Join other Cru movements from campuses throughout Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi and Florida for a great 36 hours of powerful worship, teaching from God’s Word, and seminars where you get to choose relevant topics you want to learn more about.
Sessions take place at Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell and conference housing will be at a nearby Hampton Inn. The price is $80 to cover housing, two meals and the conference t-shirt.
Asheville Mission Trip for Hurricane Relief
We are taking a small team of staff and students to Asheville, NC to assist in hurricane relief and restoration efforts. More information to sign-up coming soon!
Halloween Party! - No Cru Meeting
There will be no Cru on Thursday, 10/31. We will be having a Halloween-themed social event! More details to come.
Volunteering at Red Bank Fall Festival
Put on a kid-friendly costume and serve with us at the Fall Festival event hosted by Red Bank Baptist Church! We will be helping at various activity stations to provide a fun event for local children and their families. Talk to a staff or Bible study leader about helping at this event.
Dating and Marriage Seminar from CCEF
How we will date and who we will marry are major decisions, and we need great wisdom to navigate those questions! Come learn more along with others in the Cru community at First Presbyterian Church.
Murray State Mission Trip
Join a team of UTC students going to Murray State University in Kentucky to help the new Cru ministry there. We will hold outreaches on the campus, and have some great community time as we stay at a local church nearby the campus. We will leave Sunday of Fall Break around noon and return to Chattanooga Tuesday night around 5pm. Sign-ups will be coming soon!
Fall Retreat at Ocoee Ridge
The BEST weekend of the fall semester! Come get more connected with others in Cru and take some time away from school to focus on your relationship with God at the beautiful Ocoee Ridge Camp.

Greek Cru Lake Day
For Greek students — come join Greek Cru for a fun Sunday on Weiss Lake in northern Alabama! We’ll be boating, floating, swimming, relaxing at a lake house and enjoying delicious food!
Wiffleball Night on Chamberlain
Join us on Chamberlain for our social where we play wiffleball and enjoy concessions. Come to Chamberlain Field at 6:30pm and you can either watch or be placed on a team.

Welcome Back Retreat
The Welcome Back Retreat is for returning UTC and Chatt State Cru students who want to help welcome the incoming freshman class through the Welcome Week events at the beginning of the school year. We will have lunch and dinner together with activities in-between to re-connect, plan, and prepare for Welcome Week 2024!
Greek Cru Summer Retreat
Calling all UTC Greeks! We are excited to get together this summer for a day retreat in Chattanooga. We’ll enjoy paddleboarding on the Tennessee River, games, meals a devotional, and some planning for the Fall 2024 semester.
The cost of the retreat is $20 which includes meals, paddleboarding, and the 2024 Greek Cru t-shirt!
