Greek Cru at UTC

Connecting Greeks at UTC to Christ and equipping them to leave a legacy where God has placed them.

Finding real satisfaction

College life and Greek life especially offer so many things that promise to be satisfying or life-giving for us, but we want to help fraternity brothers and sorority sisters know Jesus Christ and experience a deep relationship with God through Him – the one thing that actually does fulfill what our hearts long for.

What does Greek Cru do?

Wednesday Dinner & Bible Study

We love coming together with people from almost every chapter on campus to enjoy a free home-cooked meal together and learn from the Bible together and how it impacts our lives. We meet next to the Kappa Sigma house, super close to campus!

Discipleship

Meet with a Greek Cru staff or upperclassman on a regular basis to grow in your faith, character and confidence to share Christ. We most have Discipleship Groups of 2-4 people, and they are usually in the same chapter, but sometimes we mix it up!

Greek Summit in Destin

BEST TWO WEEKS OF COLLEGE!!! Greek Summit is a Cru Summer Mission that takes place in Destin every May and it’s a place with other Greeks across the southeast where you get to grow in deep Christian community and learn so much that can help you leave a lasting impact in your chapter.

Retreats

A couple times a year we try to get away from the busyness of Greek life for retreats to build community and grow in our relationships with God. We typically have a Winter Retreat in January and a Summer Retreat in July.

Serving

We serve within the Greek chapters to help welcome new members into Greek life and support chapters in competitions like Scrappy’s Showcase. We also serve in the greater Chattanooga area to help meet needs like food insecurity.
